Results and Discussion
Nanostructural features.
A broad peak (~ 480 cm-1) and a shoulder peak (490 ~ 515 cm-1) indicate the presence of amorphous (a-Si) and nanocrystalline Si (nc-Si), respectively.
It was found that the shoulder peak shifted from ~ 500 to ~ 515 cm-1 in Fig. 1(b) and (c) as the DC bias varied from 0 to -600 V.

Introduction
Because of its light weight, high working pressure, safe and reliable connecting method, flareless tube fittings have a wide range of applications in aeronautical industry[1,2].
The axial symmetric solid element is chosen, and the model is shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2.
During the early of the tensile process, such an effect will limit the material in the area 1 flow, deformation occurs mainly in the area 2 of the tube material.
