The annual power generation of LongTan Hydropower Station is 18,700,000,000 kW·h, which is equivalent to the reduction of thermal power electricity generation and coal combustion for 6,700,000t, the reduction of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide for 16,830,000t, the reduction of the emission of harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide for 100,000t, and the reduction of dust emission for 1,200,000t[1], this makes great contribution to our country’s energy conservation and emission reduction.
2.The model of water consumption rate of LongTan Hydropower Station
2.1 Equation Incremental Rate Principle of the optimal load distribution in units
Given the load of hydropower station in a certain period of time, and there are m units in operation.
The load of LongTan Hydropower Station by time of day is given by China Southern Power Grid, and the condition for the minimum total power discharge is also suitable for principle. 2.2 Tiny increasing rate curve of LongTan units In order to apply Equation Incremental Rate Principle to the practical work of LongTan Hydropower Station and provide production personnel with instructional theoretical basis, the characteristic curve of load discharge in all water heads and the load-discharge data measured for many years are gained from the comprehensive characteristic curve of LongTan units.

They conclude that their
heat treatment improves crystallinity of the film and results in reduction of residual stress.
The stress data after the RTA treatment are also shown (triangle).
The reduction of the ion irradiation damage to the cubic phase leads to a dramatic reduction of residual stress in the film.
A substantial increase of the average grain size is an additional effect of the reduction of ion irradiation damage [13], which is also very helpful in reducing the stress in the c-BN films.
A high c-BN content thin film can be obtained by the bias step-down process in our experimental setup, and un-like other reported results our second step does not lead to a reduction in the c-BN content [14].

With the reduction of angle α expansion force considerably comes down.
From equations it appears that increase of radius of rounding leads to considerable reduction of increase of tube inner diameter, the more tube wall thickness, the more considerable its thinning, and with the reduction of collar taper angle expansion force is considerably decreased.

Then the discrete decision table is acquired by quantifying attribute values in
decision table using information entropy, a simplified decision table then is generated by rough set

After oxidation, XTEM measurements evidence a thin SiOx interfacial layer at the insulator/semiconductor interface in 4H-SiC MIS capacitors. 0 5 10 15 20 25 30 10-9 10-7 1x10-5 10-3 10-1 Experimental data r =1 φφφφa=0.01eV Hopping φφφφt=2eV Field-Emission n=2.24 Poole-Frenkel Current Density, J [A·cm-2] Gate Bias [V] n=2.24 Schottky-Emission (a) (b) Fig. 1.
The observed interfacial SiO2 tunnelling current combined with δ-Ta2O5 Poole-Frenkel mechanisms seems to be a sufficiently low abrupt transition in gate breakdown to obtain an effective reduction of the Coulomb scattering at interface traps due to inversion charge increase, n∆ .
We propose a model where this increase of inversion charge provokes the reduction of the effect of the Coulomb scattering at interface traps.

A preparation of nanometer silver sol by micro arc discharge has been study here through the reduction of Ag3PO4.
The data from EDS analysis of the powder sample from the discharged solution Element Weight percent Atomic percent C K 6.17 27.04 O K 8.62 28.36 Si K 0.41 0.78 P K 2.00 3.40 Ag L 82.80 40.42 Total 100.00 Comparison of the Stabilizers.
It is unfavorable to the formation of nanometer silver when the stabilizer is too much or too low, which has been verified in many synthesis of nanometer silver sol through chemical reduction.
Conclusion In the experiment above, the reduction of Ag+ to nanometer silver have been studied by micro arc discharge with titanium needle - stainless steel needle electrodes under DC power supply.

The data reported herein correspond to the stable value of the angles obtained by averaging three repeated measurements.
Upon illumination, the dye is reduced by the photogenerated electrons to the form of a different colour (resazurin reduction) [6] or to the bleached form (2,6-dichloroindophenol reduction) [7].
A fitting of the data according to a simplified kinetic analysis has been performed for the initial degradation (till the plateau).
(2) The fitted curves for three different photocatalyst surfaces are presented in Fig. 9 and the correlation between experimental and fitted data is fairly valid for the initial irradiation time.
In order to quantify the data, the time to achieve half decrease of the initial CA was obtained from the curves and the data are collected together with the fluorescence data in Table 1.
