According to the similarity relationship, the material property of the model should have low elastic modulus and high gravity.

Introduction
The improvement of performances and energy efficiency of aircraft engines requires new materials
with higher properties in relation with the increase of stresses and temperature of service

For the design and fabrication of the proposed square-frame model, changes in the characteristics due to changes in the size and materials of stator were analyzed by using the FEM program.

The materials of this new process are Baima concentrate with low sulfur content and anthracite as reductant, besides we choose organic binder at present.
These materials are fully mixed at first and then feed into briquetter so we get pellets with certain intensity.
These products can be used as materials for other processes.
The new pilot is divided into four parts including materials-RHF procedure, smelting procedure, auxiliary system, and energy supplying system.
Fig 2 shows the changes of materials in BF and non-BF process.
