Experimental AZ91D magnesium alloy with a size of 30mm×20mm×2mm was used as the substrate material, which has a nominal composition as follows: 8.7wt.% Al, 0.78 wt.% Zn, 0.02 wt.% Mn, 0.01 wt.% Si, 0.005 wt.% Fe and Mg balance.

Here, the solid material flows steadily in opposite direction of that of the fluid.
Movement of the solid material contrary to the direction of the fluid enhances heat transfer between phases with smaller , higher and higher ratios.
