At present, it is well accepted that low-frequency noise can be used as a predictive parameter for diagnostic of potential defects and estimation of devices reliability because of the fact that majority of failures of the devices are rooted in the consequences of the latent defects caused in the manufacturing or operating life[5].
1/f noise whose power spectral density is in inverse proportion to the frequency in a wide frequency range is contributed by surface material mainly[6].

Abstract.
On the other hand, the integration of mathematical modeling and mathematical experiments teaching model to the teachers to master a variety of mathematical software, data processing software and common modeling methods, to promote teachers' professional proficiency, teacher are also participated in the mathematical contest in modeling in guiding the students accumulate experience and method of research-based learning, teaching and research teaching, collect the relevant teaching material, case and course plug-ins, these resources and experience in the application of mathematics experiment and the university mathematics teaching, can promote the university mathematics teaching reform and improve teaching quality.
