“A-60” is top fireproofing standard for fireproof structure in SOLAS, which satisfy the following standard[6]. 1.they are constructed of steel or other equivalent material 2.they are suitably stiffened 3.they are insulated with approved non-combustible materials such that the average temperature of the unexposed side will not rise more than 140℃ above the original temperature, nor will the temperature, at any one point, including any joint, rise more than 180℃ above the original temperature, within the time listed below: Class “A-60” 60min Class “A-30” 30min Class “A-15” 15min Class “A-0” 0min 4.they are so constructed as to be capable of preventing the passage of smoke and flame to the end of the one-hour standard fire test; and 5.the Administration required a test of a prototype bulkhead or deck in accordance with the Fire Test Procedure Code to ensure that it meets the above requirements for integrity and temperature rise.

Conclusions The process for synthesis of glutaraldehyde from cyclopentene, a by-product from oil-chemical industry and coal chemical, as starting material using tungsten acid-boron anhydride as catalyst and 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxygen source was studied.The optimal process prometers were selected follows mass ratio of tungsten acid to boron anhydride 1:1, tert-butanol as the solvent, molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to CPE 2:1, reaction time 4h, reaction temperature 35℃.
There are some advantages of the process such as mild reactive conditions, wide variety of sources of raw materials, high product yield and so on.

Introduction Obtainment of high-quality thick layers and bulk crystals of AlN suitable for use as substrates for optoelectronic and high-power microwave electronic devices is a currently pressing problem of modern semiconductor science and technology.
Another problem of AlN sublimation growth is high aggressivity of aluminum vapors, which extremely limits the choice of container material.
The main container material – tungsten can not be used for growth on SiC wafers, because at growth temperatures it forms eutectic with silicon vapors.
That is why we suggest tantalum carbide as a container material.
