If we
reduce the removal unit in machining, work material may be wiped off at atomic level like
chemistry machining [5].
And the removal process will be dominated by the surface atomic structure instead of characteristic of the work material.
There is an important free radical in the colloid called hydroxide radical OH, which possesses strong reacting capacity to catalyze chemistry reaction with surface atom or other radical [7].

Under low water concentration (< 30 vol.%), the carboxylic groups of PAA are unassociated; therefore the intra- and intermolecular H-bonding among PAA chains are realized giving compact polymeric networks which causes the difficulty in intruding of ethanol and water molecules into the membrane structure.

Alternatively, because the path is tortuous when water-soluble species in hardened cement pastes are leached by their transport through the porous cementitious structure in response to a chemical potential gradient, this transport is usually slow [5].

Owing to the physical (prevents adhesion), chemical (enables tribo-chemical reactions) and microstructural (lamellar structure with low shear strength) influence of solid lubricants on a tribological contact of working surfaces, they are effective in reducing friction and wear [6].
