Foam compositions included cordierite, mullite and alumina amongst
other ceramic materials.
The ~25 materials examined were divided into four basic groups, simple oxides, spinel-type, perovskite-type and liquid forming catalysts.
It should be noted that for commercial reasons, the best materials evaluated are not identified.
The results showed that the highest activity was seen by materials that form liquid phases.

These restrictions stem from the difficulties in arrangement of high temperature gradient between the sides of thermo-electrical elements and low values of figure-of–merit of existing thermo-electrical materials at high temperatures.
The figure of merit depends upon the electrical and thermal properties of the material, expressed as where is the Seebeck coefficient, is the electrical conductivity, and is the thermal conductivity.

Introduction
With the rapid development of GaN research, GaN and related semiconductor materials are useful for both optical and electronic devices such as light emitting diodes (LED) and laser diodes (LD) in ultraviolet (UV), blue and green regions.
Recently, GaN-based LEDs are attractive for some applications such as light source for exciting phosphor, medical equipment, air cleaner and light source for photo catalytic material.

Abstract: In order to find the best impact head and threshing moisture content to damage the arrangement law of maize ear,the impact test with different varieties and different moisture of the maize ear is carried out in the drop impact test bench.
Thus, it is necessary to test the impact on maize ear, comparative analysis of threshing discrete characteristics and kernel injury of different varieties maize ear in the different impact heads and moisture contents. And it can provide the theoretical guidance for the design of subsequent threshing machine. 1 Test materials and methods 1.1 Test material The test maize varieties as Zhengdan 958 and Beiqing 210 artificial harvesting, moisture content are 23.8% and 22.5%.All maize ears are treated to a moisture content,as 20.4%,more than 20% of the high moisture area, which is equivalent to a kernel in harvest period.16.7%,(14% to 20%) the middle moisture area, which is equivalent to damp or dry kernel.13.2%,(12% to 14%) the standard moisture area, which is equivalent to a kernel put in storage.10.2%, less than 12% of the low moisture area, which is the equivalent of a very boring kernel[4]. 1.2 Test equipment The test apparatus includes a moisture tester and a maize ear impact test system.Test
