Introduction Magnetorheological (MR) fluid, which is one of the smart materials with controllable properties by an external magnetic field, is a particular suspension of magnetically susceptible material dispersed in non-magnetic suspending medium.
It means that ferromagnetic, ferrimagnetic, and paramagnetic materials can be used as a dispersed phase of MR fluids.
In addition, soft magnetic materials which are easy to magnetize and demagnetize, are superior to hard magnetic materials, considering the reversible control of rheological properties of MR fluids according to external fields [1].

Application of Si in Tool and Die Steel Shihong Huang1, a, Ting Lei2, b, Hongxiao Chi3, c, Dangshen Ma3, c 1 Kunming University of Science and Technology, Yunnan, Kunming, China 2Kunming Metallurgy College, Yunnan, Kunming, China 3Institute for Structural Materials, Central Iron and Steel Research Institute, Beijing, China ashinehuang@vip.qq.com, bleiting@cymg.com, c80658274@qq.com, Keywords: Si; high speed steel; cold work die steel; hot-work die steel; plastic mold steel Abstract.
In silicon steel, a solid solution of Si inα-iron can help improve the properties of materials, such as high resistivity and magnetic conductance, Low Coercivity and Low Core Loss, the requirement of crystal orientation.
However, with an increasing of Si content, materials can become hard and brittle, and the plasticity and toughness get worse, which can make great influences on the heat releasing and mechanical processing.

The bending force measurements were conducted with three different materials; the construction steel S235JR, the heat treatable steel 25CrMo4 and the alloyed steel 15CrMoV6.
The initial tubes of all materials had the same dimensions.
The comparison between calculated and measured values for the tested materials shows a significant reduction of the bending force during Incremental Tube Forming.
This phenomenon can be used especially for hard to form materials, which can generally only be formed with high forces.

As shown in the figure 2, extrude the material and form an entad bend at R6 by spinning forming, and at the same time extrude the excess material to the bend by spinning process, then it will be invert outward by the backward extrusion of oscillating sheave.
Two improvements are as follow: 1)Without other conditions changing, decreasing the length of the mandrel to assure enough material for the flattening procedure. 2)Without other conditions changing, increasing the length of the tube billet to assure enough material for the flattening procedure.

The authors developed an algorithm for computational search for materials for isolating RW components according to proposed approach using atomistic modeling using GULP program [5,6] with specially designed integrated environment [7].
For extraction, it is necessary to select materials that have a high selectivity for the absorption of target component (Sr, Cs, Co).
Conclusion Thus, the method of computational and experimental modeling for the search for materials for isolation of radioactive waste components proposed by the authors [4] has been successfully demonstrated.
