For auto-unbalance compensation of segmented rotors like fans or die-casting motor rotors, on which the unbalance compensation will be resolved into vectors, removal of weight by drilling is a preferable material removal process compared with milling and grinding.

All the silicon samples (n-type, 100 orientation) were implanted by O2+ ions (energy 130 keV, doses 1.8∙1017, 2.1017 and 5.1017 cm-2 ).
