Abstract.
The ZnSe QDs prepared in this study were expected to replace toxic Cd-related QDs in biomarkers, violet and blue light solid luminescent devices, and provide excellent parent materials for the doped ZnSe QDs system.
ZnSe is also II-VI inorganic semiconductor material and not toxic.
ZnSe QDs prepared by hydrothermal method assisted with ammonia can be applied in biomarker, purple and blue light solid luminescent devices, which can also be used as parent material for doping system.

There are fine dry sand soil in the test-bed , using 8mm diameter copper pipes with carbon fiber heating material in it.
As it’s loaded symmetrically , with the purpose of saving material and avoiding the measuring points distributing too concentrated to affect the accuracy of data, we only record half of measuring points, with 32 wells.

Abstract.
Durability index and spacing factor of hardened concrete were tested in the same time and the relationship between the properties of AEA and frost resistance of hardened concrete is studied. 1 Experimental 1.1 Raw materials and mix proportion P·O 42.5R Portland cement comes from BBMG Corporation in Beijing; Grade Ⅰfly ash comes from Yuan Baoshan Power Plant ; Blast-furnace slag comes from Tang Shan Steel Plant in Hebei province; The fineness modulus of river sand is 2.7.Limestone with 5-20 mm continuous gradation is used as coarse aggregate.
