Abstract.
The ZnSe QDs prepared in this study were expected to replace toxic Cd-related QDs in biomarkers, violet and blue light solid luminescent devices, and provide excellent parent materials for the doped ZnSe QDs system.
ZnSe is also II-VI inorganic semiconductor material and not toxic.
ZnSe QDs prepared by hydrothermal method assisted with ammonia can be applied in biomarker, purple and blue light solid luminescent devices, which can also be used as parent material for doping system.

With the excellent insulation properties, science structure and mature technology, it widely promoted and applied in the severe cold and cold regions.
1.1 Strengthen the materials performance re-inspection of the insulation system
The component materials properties and structure mode of the insulation system directly influence the energy-saving effect and durability of the external insulation engineering.
And the presence of hollow cavity structure in "spot sticky method" could provide the oxygen required for the combustion of insulation materials and the spread of flame combustion in the system. [1] The outside of the hole of door and window frames, and window panels should be heat preservation, between the door and window frame and the hole, required with the insulation material filling and sealing .
Two is to choose the small thermal conductivity materials, cutting off the heat bridge of metal frame and blade profile to make bridge-cut-off window whose effect is very good, such as aluminum alloy with the coating processing and with PVC plastic composite insulation treatment has low thermal conductivity.
If the cavity inner wall is coated with small radiation coefficient materials, the window frame materials insulation performance can be greatly improved, but the sealed air layer radiation heat transfer made of general building materials is more than 70% of the total heat transfer. [2] (2) Window glasses insulation performances should be improved Window glass is commonly used as transparent materials.
