The quality of the Injection molding products is mainly related to three aspects: foam type of raw materials, mold design and injection molding process parameters.
From the data acquisition and processing point of view, the new logistics packaging materials harmless foaming process parameter data acquisition integrity is not very good.
To solve the problems mentioned above, this paper presents the development of a data acquisition system for logistics packaging materials harmless production.
Virtual instrument software LabVIEW ( Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench ) is introduced by NI company, which is programming with graphical languages.

The key feature of the MPM is the use of the same set of nodal basis functions for both the mapping from material points to cell nodes,and the mapping from cell nodes to material points.
Thanks to the high pressure, materials show fluid characteristic.

The interest of this approach is shown discussing its application to few examples of engineering interest (composite materials, masonry structures, bone tissue).
The design of properly engineered materials is a challenging issue from both technological and theoretical point of view.
On the other hand, reliable theoretical and numerical tool are needed to make accurate predictions on the properties of an engineered material.
In particular, it is well suited to deal with materials with rigid microstructure [14-16].
Such a description is well suited for materials like masonry and many short fiber composites.

The dynamic analysis of the 750Kw wind turbine blade was presented based on Reverse Engineering.
In actual engineering, the damping has little effect on nature frequency and vibration shape, so we usually do not consider the damping when discussing the inherent characteristic of structure.
Blade material is GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastics).
In reversing engineering, cloud data acquisition is crucial first step.

The experimental results show that the computing values are close to experimental values and the largest error is 10.1℃, which is allowed for engineering application.

Another advantage of using such materials is the safety of passengers.
This trait makes all polymeric materials bio resistant and persistent in the environment.
