Introduction In recent years 2D digital valves based on the principle of servo-screw mechanism are widely used for specific applications such as metal material testing machine, earthquake simulator, aeronautics and space promotion equipment since it possesses advantages of simple structure, fast dynamic response, anti-pollution capability and low cost[1-2].
Structure and Working Principle Fig. 1 represents the schematic of rotary electromagnet that mainly consists of stator component and rotor component, both of which are made of solid soft magnetic material 1J50.
