Abstract:

In this paper, electronic commerce is presented. The rise of e-commerce has greatly expanded the consumer market, increasing consumer access to information, it provide a more convenient way of consumption with low cost, the amount of information and market transparency is also increased at the same time, so as to enable consumers to benefit the whole. However, due to the virtual network and related laws and regulations lag, so that the interests of consumers in the new trading mode is damaged, it seriously dampened the enthusiasm of consumers and restricting the development of electronic commerce, it also brought severe challenges to the existing consumer protection law.
