This technology is limited by mechanical properties of the coating and bad adhesion to the substrates.
Intorduction Plastics, due to their low cost, good mechanical properties, and easy high-temperature processability, are widely used to prepare biomedical devices and food packaging.
Use of functional coatings is worth when specific surface properties are required, allowing the surface properties of a given substrate to be modified keeping unchanged the bulk properties.
In order to meet the required functionality and durability, good mechanical properties of the coating and good adhesion to the substrate are hard required.
The transparency of PET was not significantly affected and the specific surface area was improved a factor two.

Thus in this project, the researcher used finite element method where the component behaviour and material properties is assumed linearly elastic.
This is to ensure no overlooked factors during the stage of design and analysis.
Based on the data of FE analysis, the redesign an improvement the robotic arm has been done, by taking into account the factors such as some important parameters like mass, materials, properties and so on.
The mass properties and the configurations of the design (e.g. length of arm) were considered during the calculation.
Paper presented at the International Conference on Application and Design in Mechanical Engineering (ICADME2012), Penang, 27-28 Feb. 2012 [2].

Soil mass structure which contains structure fissures and structure bodies controls the deformation, failure and mechanical property of loess mass.
Loess mass structure always controls the deformation and failure of loess mass and their mechanical property[2].
Table 1 Classification of loess mass structure fissure by closure Types of structure fissure Closure Description of factors of classification Closed structure fissure Tightest Penetration rate of water in fissure is near to that of bilateral soil mass of fissure and soil mass including fissure can be considered as continuous medium.
So in engineering practice, we need prioritize structure fissures and pick the most important one or ones to analyze their effects on the properties of engineering loess mass.
Color, composition, structure and mechanical property of loess mass having no obvious change, with no deposition interfaces and other structure planes and thickness of soil layer being higher than that of engineering loess mass(such as heavy layer of Malan loess).

There are many factors affecting the structure of the shaft and its structure varies from the specific circumstances.
Take, and you will get the shaft stress: (10) Of which, —the working stress on the section; —the synthetic bending moment on the section; T—the torque on the section;—the correction factor set by the changing properties of the torsional stress.
According to the Mechanical Design Manual [6], is found
The PRO / E three-dimensional modeling software can be applied to assembly designing, overall weight calculation, surface area and other exterior factors, which will help improve the design accuracy and efficiency References [1] Zhao, Ying-yue: Hydraulic motor[M], Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press, 2000, p:20-25

However, the strength and the conductivity are a pair of conflicting factors.
This paper focused on the study of conductive properties of the alloy.
The main factor infuencing the conductivity of the alloy was the content of the soluting elements.
The results showed that the best comprehensive properties were obtained after solid solution at 920℃ and then aging at 450℃ for 180 min.
Introduction Copper alloys with high strength and high conductivity are serial of structural functional materials with excellent physical properties and mechanical performance[1-3].

The need to use such structures is caused by a number of factors, with special attention drawn to operating conditions.
This change in the structure of the fusion zone leads to an abrupt change in properties in a very short section.

It has been found that a
different load pattern affects the formation of the plastic region and also the position of the plastic
collapse point.
The mechanical properties of tested materials are listed in Table 1.
Mechanical properties tested materials.
Result and discussion In the general equation of the stress in plastic collapse condition that it was defined in this study, the collapse limit curve is obtained substituting shape factors of a specimen.
In this case, the tension as second load is the dominant factor in the plastic collapse.

This study utilized a practical test to explore various factors
on the quality of the carrier tape, such as the rotational speed of extruder screw motor and extrusion
mold; the negative pressure of extrusion mold; and the temperature of the extrusion mold.
These included elongation and durability properties.
This phenomena of periodical variation of the extrusion, and the size variation of the sheet and film is the major factor affecting product quality.
(c) Where the extruder screw has a revolution speed of 50rpm; shaft revolution is 7M/min; the SMT/SMD-carrier-tape specification AO is 1.382mm; BO is 2.238mm; KO is 1.354mm; thickness is 0.233mm; all of these factors fall within the upper and lower specification limits

Ship wave is one of the key factors that affect slope stability of inland waterway because of scour and corrosion.
Yong ZHANG[4] evaluated the influence factors of cumulative plastic strain of saturated soft clay with the traffic loading as background.
For the condition of ship wave in inland waterway, the triaxial test research on dynamic properties of shallow layer soil hasn’t been carried out.
Meanwhile, the soil locates in border position of unsaturated soil and saturated soil and has similar engineering properties with upper unsaturated soil.
The safety factors are shown in Table 5.

According to the test data, the factors that influence the carbon black conveying performance are analysed.
Among the influence factors of carbon black fragmentation rate are the lengh and layout of pipeline, which determine the size of conveying resistance, collision and friction probability between particles and inner wall.
Because the carbon black fragmentation rate is directly related to the physical and mechanical properties of rubber and lower fragmentation rate is better.
However, the lack of design or the illogical setting of conveying technics parameters may affect the advantage of dense phase pneumatic conveying system.
There are many factors such as carbon black physical properties and bulk density, conveying speed, open pressure of the blow pot, pipe materials and its arrangement, and so on, which affect carbon black conveying in the dense phase pneumatic conveying system.
