Motor material manufacturers usually won’t give the two coefficients, which can’t be found out in related materials handbooks, so that it causes great inconvenience to calculate the loss.
In the isotropic polycrystalline material, empirical formula of hysteresis loss can be obtained by experiment as follows: (17) In the formula, andare the material constants determined by the loss characteristics of silicon-steel sheet; =1.5~2.5, with the value of 2 generally.
As mentioned earlier, under the condition of ignoring the nonlinearity and hysteresis effect of ferromagnetic material, the non-sinusoidal flux can be transformed and decomposed into the sum of a series of sinusoidal fluxes with different frequencies.

Experimental results
There are 12 specimens experiments, three of them are non-coating J55 steel grade tube material and pumping rod material which was made of 45 steel through quenching and tempering treatment; the left of them are J55 steel grade tube material in the different coating thickness and pumping rod material which was made of 45 steel through quenching and tempering treatment.
The wear specimens were studied with SEM observations and found that the non-coating specimens had the serious adhesive wear, but the coating specimens had a smooth and temper surface and not any damage, and some composition of coating materials were left on surface of specimens.

Isotactic polypropylene ( PP ): the brand is TPH-XB-075, China Petroleum Jilin Petrochemical Company; nucleating agent ( LCP-A ): polypropylene acid ester liquid crystal polymer, preparation,4- ethics benzoic acid -4 min. - propylene acyloxy ethoxy benzoic acid and hydroquinone ester liquid crystal monomer in azoth two different nitride as initiator, through free radical polymerization, the polymer glass transition temperature of 53 DEG C, the liquid crystal clear point of 275 DEG C, presents the nomadic phase. [1-5]
Blend sample preparation
Will be dry after the PP and LCP-A mixed in different proportions fully, into the mixer mold, in180 DEG C mixer15speed60 R / min, min, obtained a series of blend samples.
And when with different mass fraction of LCP-A nucleating agent, blending samples at 16 degrees at a diffraction peaks, corresponding to the (300) plane diffraction peak, indicating that the accession to the LCP-A promoted beta crystal formation, formed the alpha and beta two polymorphs of the coexistence of PP material.
Therefore, we can see, the LCP-A can induce beta crystal formation, formation of alpha and beta crystal crystal coexistence of PP material, in improving its good transparency at the same time, also increase the toughness of the material. [13-20] Crystallization temperature on PP blend sample crystal structure effect To induce the formation of beta crystal the highest LCP-A content of 0.8% PP blend samples as the research object, discusses the different crystallization temperature on PP crystal structure, the WAXD curve as shown in Figure 2.

Perfomance analysis of mechanism
2.1 Material properties
This mechanism is applied to one kind of non-standard welding machine which works in hot chamber with bad environment and it requires good anti-irradiation ability with preferable mechanical properties.Irradiation damage causes series of changes in microstructure and mechanical properties of reacter structural material, which deteriorates the material properties including irradiation hardening and embrittlement[5].
Based on the experiments and investigations of revelent departments,it finally decided to give priorty to the following three kinds of materials:aluminiumalloy, stainless steel and brass. The three kinds of materials could be used in hot chamber without big metallographic changes and variant under a certain temperature and irradiation.
Fig.14 Section of the weld line Fig.15 Melting zone and matrix organization The selected material of the parts can work safely and stably in the hot chamber.

With the acceleration of the world economy recovery, the needs for the global energy and important raw materials grow rapidly, as well as the influence of political element and capital exchange speculation, which bring the substantial rising of the price of energy and raw materials.
The strategic material reserve system formulated in 1939 had stipulated that resources like petroleum, coal and tombarthite could be explored but not mined in USA.
Before the first world oil crisis, the mineral raw material in the world was very cheap.
The tombarthite reserve, of which 70 percent is for the state reserve and the rest 30 percent is for non-governmental reserve, can be available for 20 years. (3) Import preliminary resource products and raw materials.

An example for an ancient brake material with
such properties is wood (e.g. used to slow down windmills at forthcoming storms).
Modern brake materials in automotive engineering consist of a soft polymeric matrix with embedded SiO2particles, iron swarfs or similar materials.
By pressing the brake pad material onto the brake disk, wear debris is produced.
The boundary layer on the brake material is characterized by the growth and the destruction of contact zones of type II on the surface of the soft polymeric matrix.

Usually, the roughness parameter values will mainly depend on the manufacturing conditions, such as: the cutting parameters, the rigidity of technological system, the dynamic phenomena, the use of cutting fluids, the geometrical conditions of machined surface, the material processed, microgeometry and wear of the cutting edge and the material of the tool.
Materials and experimental procedure The sample material was E355 alloy steel (EN 10305 - 1: 2010 Steel tubes for precision applications), hardened and tempered (60 - 65HRC), having the following chemical composition: max 0.22 % C; max 1.6 % Mn; Max.0.55 % Si; Max 0.045 % S; Max 0.045 % P.

Hardness testing has been used previously in the
analysis of engineering materials to aid in the understanding of wear processes of machinery.
The hardness of a material is defined as its resistance to indentation [8, 9].
Materials with high hardness generally have good scratching and wear resistance while those with low hardness deform quite easily.
Very little research has been carried out with regards to the hardness testing of wear particles however techniques have been developed in order to test the properties of very small materials.

Weld 1inesare the two strands or more than two strands of material flow form the lines when they meet.
So the weld lines that the first project didn’t affect the quality of the helmet and mechanical properties [5].The warp analysis mainly is used to judge if the deformation appears in the injection molding of the thermoplastic material.
In actual production, product structure, plastic materials, mould design and forming technology all effect the deformation.
