Through cleaning-up the geometry, defining the material and meshing the model, the finite element model of the engine shell was established shown in Figure 1.
Finite element model parameters are as follows: the unit length is 4mm; and it has 47164 tetrahedral element obtained from meshing method of 20 nodes and SOILD186 unit to the model; the engine shell material is a hard aluminum alloy and the parameter is (1) (2) (3) Fig.1 Finite element model of the engine shell Modal Analysis plays an important role in the engine vibration and noise reduction [5].

Test Methods and Materials
Test Device.This experiment uses the length and breadth and height respectively be 2.5×0.4×0.5m3 the armored glass water trough as well as 4 translucent boxes which size is 500×370×260mm3, the water trough circulatory system is the 105W amphibious dual purpose type pump and the long 3m plastic hose constitution.first controls the water level by the overflow weir.this experimental location is in outdoor obstructs in the rain big awning, the raw water is carries on the manual disposition according to the surface five kind of water bodies, carbon source to realize by introduction of chitosan sugar, cast with a certain proportion of sodium nitrate, ammonium chloride and monopotassium phosphate.The water trough and 2 translucent water tanks base lays down 5cm the sieving fine sand (sieve aperture for 5 mm), in the water trough sets up four points, which in turn from first to slot tail trough the average distance place get water.
