In this, Qij means the value of peak hour trip of traffic zone i to j in the forecast planning years; QAj means the peak hour attraction value of traffic zone j;QGi means the peak hour passenger flow occurs of traffic zone I; n means the number of traffic zone; Rij is the travel impedance, including the distance,the time spent and the cost of i and j.
2.2 The Forecast Mode of Every Transport Sharing Rate
(1) The Improved Logit Model
Based on the research materials about the impedance function of load which researched by the professor Wei Wang in early years[4].We improved the Logit model, synthesized the factor of minimum traffic impedance and random,to predict the free bus sharing rate.

No 3C-SiC can be evidenced, for example by the increase of the intensity ratio between the peaks TO797/TO789, since no peak appears at 789 cm-1 for 3C-SiC material.
This spectrum is typical of highly ptype doped SiC material [7], which formation can be easily explained here by the massive incorporation of Al atoms from the melt into the SiC lattice of the growing layer.

The Governing Equations of Cosserat Continuum
Each material point in the two dimensional Cosserat continuum has three degrees-of-freedom, i.e. two translational degrees-of-freedom and one rotational degree-of-freedom with the rotation axis orthogonal to the two dimensional plane,
