Abstract.
Ti2AlC, having layered structure, was found to have both properties of metal and ceramic like ductility and hardness [8,9], which was identified as compatible and thermochemically stable reinforcing phases for the TiAl matrix [10,11].

In its molecular chain segment the hydrogen atoms on the tertiary carbon is relatively active that the fracture energy is 330 ~ 350kJ/mol, which make it possible that it can be attacked by the peroxide free radicals to form TFE-P copolymer free radicals, and then the radicals of TFE-P copolymer crosslink efficiently to form a perfect network structure [1-2].
