Introduction Titanium aluminum (TiAl) alloys have been considered as viable structural materials for high-temperature application because of their attractive high elevated-temperature strength, higher creep resistance, good oxidation resistance and specific strength properties[1-2].
Thus, its alloys are promising structural materials for use in aerospace, automobile engines and gas turbine industries[3-5].

At present, the project cost, schedule and quality in the construction contract are not up to standard [1], the existing problems of cross-sea bridge construction projects in contract management are:
(1).the contract management efficiency is not high ;( 2).the enterprise contract management legal awareness is not strong. some relative laws are not perfect, the engineering contractor is in a passive position, and faced with very unfavorable contract signing and implementation of environmental, a small number of the contract is unfair;(3). in some engineering practice, the main qualification review of the construction contract is not tight, the construction of the terms of the contract responsibility is not clear, Some companies underestimated the risk of price fluctuations for construction materials and equipment, do not attach importance to the contract management system and system, and lack of effective supervision and control of the execution of the contract; (4). some construction enterprises
The cross-sea bridge construction contract management business scope includes: schedule control, drawings and specifications, construction equipment, materials, construction quality control, construction conditions, safety inspection, site meetings, information management, contract changes and claims, project risks and reasonable burden, engineering, inspection, labor service and subcontract management, arbitration and dispute processing, file management [4].
As the complex cross-sea bridge hydrological and geological conditions, and construction influenced by the marine construction conditions, waves, currents and hydrodynamic forces, materials supplies, operating space and other factors, on the other side, many construction ships, the working platform will bring safe production the difficulties and problems.

Introduction
The production of ceramic fibers with diameter at submicron and nanometric scales has manifested great interest in the science and technology fields due to its potentiality of high performance applications offered by these materials.
This tendency is related to their small dimensions, which provide high surface area /volume ratio and high aspect ratio, making these materials to present new and extraordinary physical, chemical and mechanical properties.
This new method has been used successfully for the production of micro and nanofibres of various materials [5-7].
Materials and Methods To obtain the nanofibers, the following reagents were used: Poly(vinyl) pyrrolidone (PVP), absolute P.A. ethyl alcohol, tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS), hydrochloric acid (HCl), silver nitrate (AgNO3) and dimethylformamide (DMF).

Introduction
It is well known that environment should be protected by adopting eco-friendly materials, which necessitated the development and investigation of biodegradable polymers.
It is one of the most popular biodegradable polymers materials for its better physical property and thermoplastic and biological properties.
Materials and Methods 13 Polylactic fibers were selected for elementary analysis, gas chromatography mass spectrum, IR spectrocopy, Ultraviolet testing and X-ray tests.
So, it can not be used to have an identification of PLA fiber with other fibers, while it can be used good anti ultraviolet light materials.

Profilograms of grooves wear of rear gland neck surface for seal made of high-strength cast iron 75-50-03 after finishing with: a) polishing; b) wide burnishing
Results and Discussion
Surface roughness of the metallic shaft has a decisive role in friction and wear of rubber seal due to the significant difference of mechanical properties (hardness, modulus of elasticity) of friction materials.
In particular within the research were received comparison results of burnishing and polishing processing: width of the grooves wear was 936 microns and 1152 microns, depth was 2.16 and 4.94 microns respectively; - compliance of the specimens surface with surfaces of the real parts (material sort, hardness, manufacturing method, processing modes, instrument); Studies have shown that the dependence of the main indicators of the surface layer quality on the burnishing technological factors similar to the typical curves for other metallic materials.

Introduction
Durability is one of the characteristics of construction materials that is important, especially on structural elements in aggressive environment.
Thus it is a special concern to have higher durability property in the material.
The total of cementitious material was set at 400kg/m3.
