1 Introduction
As an important power of society, culture and economy, recreation exerts great influence on the happiness and life satisfaction of every human being.
Design of questionnaire & Method of Data Processing In this study, it collects raw materials with the help of survey and software SPSS17.0 to make further statistical analysis.
Before that we need to identify the KMO value (Kaiser—Mcycr—Olkin Mersure of Sampling Adequacy ) and find out that KMO value of it is 0.737, The KMO value of Bartlett’s Test is above 0.7, and so the materials are suitable for factors analysis.

Basis for this research work is the assumption that unsufficient part quality, especially surface roughness and shape accuracy, result among others from tool wear, tool deflection and the combination of material and process parameters like number of revolutions, feed per tooth, tool path width, feed rate and the geometry of the part [2-5].
Hence, this information, no matter from which source (metrology system, process inputs like parameters, material, machine, tool type, machine operator and the full information about the geometry), had to be converted into this special XML structure.

In addition, social service functions of university become more and more strong, many service departments of university are open for society positively, such as science and technology parks, stadiums and logistic services, most of them will provide services to the community staff, so there would be relatively large crowd and traffic in a certain period time in campus.
In the spatial distribution, most of this type of traffic would happen in specific functional areas such as science and technology parks, public activity area and the logistics service area, rarely involve in the teaching area. 2.4 Emergency traffic Emergency traffic is the type of traffic which comes from some actions such as firefighting and ambulance, this kind of traffic are accidental, and most of them would happen in area with large population and dense buildings. 3 Planning features for function of campus road There are several main functions of university campus roads.
At first, we should select suitable pavement material in terms of comfort of walking man and drainage capacity.
Good pavement material could easily keep pavement dry and clean.

Conclusions
The following conclusions are drawn:
a) The correct assessment of the seismic action on a structure must take into account the following factors: the type of earthquake and its intensity (fast-slow, magnitude), the type of soil of the site, the structural characteristics (type of structure, materials used, structural system).
