Introduction Limitations for Silicon, e.g. high power or high frequency application and operation in harsh environment such as high temperature, open up the market for high-bandgap materials like silicon carbide (SiC).
Employed contact materials were 50 nm NiAl for n-type and Ti/Al for p-type with 80 nm Ti and 300 nm Al.
Possible materials could be AlTi3, Al-12%Si, Al4C3 or Ti5Si3 [2, 9, 10].
Further investigation using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy is required to understand the materials at the small contact via.

Thermoelectric refrigeration (or thermoelectric cooling; TEC), as shown in Fig.1, is achieved when a direct current is passed from the n- to p-type semiconductor materials (Peltier effect).
The usefulness of thermoelectric materials for refrigeration is often characterized by the dimensionless thermoelectric figure of merit [2].
In the selection of a suitable TEC, the designs of the heat spreader and heat sink together with the interface materials could be crucial.

Introduction The search for methods of modification of rubbers, which significantly improve the operational characteristics of rubbers witch work in the conditions of the Russian North, is the actual problem of modern materials science.
Elastomeric materials based on BNKS-18 that used in the Far North, operate at the limit of their low-temperature properties, in the transition from a highly elastic to a glazed state.
High resistance to influence of aliphatic hydrocarbon media (oils, fuels, fats, waxes, solvents) causes availability of chlorine, and maintaining flexibility and elasticity of materials at low temperatures promotes availability of oxygen atoms [16-18].

A substance flow model for the year 2006 indicating the net flows of iron ore, crude and finished steel products across Europe demonstrates that these flows of materials is not environmentally sustainable, and the iron and steel sector do pose a threat to sustainable development [7].
Risk Factors Analysis Material Flow Risks.
Material is very important to every physical producer, especially to steel makers in China since enormous iron ore and auxiliary material are consumed to produce steel.

Finallly, the steel materials were dipped after cooled to a certain temperature under the atmosphere isolated from the air.
In this method, the steel materials was degreased through electrochemical method and designed on the annealed hot-dip galvanizing line.
Summary With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy, hot-dig galvanizing technology will be widely used in the protection of various steel materials.

In present model, once the temperature field and solute field were solved by finite different method in the entire domain, the material thermodynamic properties can be substituted into four algebraic equations to easily determine the variation of solid fraction, interface temperature and solute concentration, instead of calculating interface moving velocity.
