Its appearance is in the context in which a large number of primary digital resources of research institutions and universities have been turned out, and the irrationality of skyrocketing prices of academic journals and commercial publisher monopoly academic publication caused a worldwide academic exchanges crisis and one of the urgent needs for scientific research personnel of information resources [2].
Any request to the system, from retrieval, scan to submit materials can trigger different workflows.
But now many users mainly get their required academic information resources through the mainstream search engine (such as Google, Baidu, etc), the data shows about 65% of them is through Google to inquire the papers of DOAJ (open access journal catalogue) [7].
