Silicon Carbide (SiC) is one of the most attractive host materials for these applications and it has been reported that silicon vacancies (VSi-) [5-7] and divacancies (VSiVC0) [8, 9] could serve as controllable spin states with sharp zero-phonon lines (ZPLs).
One of the reasons is that NCVSi- centers have not been seen in any as grown SiC materials and their formation mechanism is less well understood than other defect centers in SiC.
The ion implantation was performed at the Takasaki Advanced Radiation Research Institute, National Institutes for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology.

Introduction
Magnesium alloys are attractive and promising materials for industry due to their low density, high specific strength, and ease of processing.
Composite coatings (containing organic and inorganic polymeric materials in the porous part of the outer layer) can significantly improve the protective characteristics of the materials [12–16].
The analysis of the electrochemical parameters (Table 2) showed that threefold applications (x3) of the PVDF-polymer onto the PEO-coating, reduced the corrosion currents by more than 4 orders of magnitude (down to 6.0·10-9 A·cm-2), as compared to the bare material (3.3·10-5 A·cm-2).

Especially when cutting some materials difficult to mill (such as stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, high temperature alloy), the cutting tool's main failure form is felt disrepair.
One point is stressed that in order to unify the unit of heat parameter and material of tool, we use meter as the unit of coordinates in equations above.

The success of a granulation depends on the liquid-to-solid rate relationship and the proportions of these materials in the drum [11].
Water may be introduced with the moisture added to the solid material, and may be sprayed directly onto the materials in the granulator, or dispersed with steam.
Steam is considered efficient for increasing granulation because it disperses more readily over the solid materials.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS The authors would like to thank Vale Fertilizantes for available raw materials, laboratories and equipment for experimental work.
