The material of
this specimen is A533B steel, which is used for pressure vessel of Nuclear Power Plant.
Mechanical properties and chemical compositions of this material are shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
Stress triaxiality is deeply related with dilatation of the material, and void growth is due to the dilatation of the material.

Plastic has been used widely in packaging, automotive and industrial applications, medical delivery systems, artificial implants, other healthcare applications, land/soil conservation, water desalination, flood prevention, preservation and distribution of food, housing, communication materials, security systems, and other uses.
Regarding to the consumption of materials according to Table 2, the electrical and electronics sectors lead at 39%, followed by automotive 26%, domestic 19%, packaging 10%, building and construction and agricultural sectors, each contributing 3% [2].
Therefore, a study on material properties should be carried out.

Factors that cause fatigue failure are working stress, number of cycles, surface roughness and material properties.
The applied stress shall not exceed the fatigue limit of the material.
Fatigue Limit (fatigue strength, endurance limit) of the material can be determined by fatigue test.

Moreover, other
research works are being carried out on the modelling using finite element analysis of the residual
stresses created in materials during the cooling from the fabrication temperature [6].
Three materials with different thermal expansion coefficients were used as substrate: refractory steel 310 (AISI) - s=17.0x10 -6K -1, Fecralloy (Goodfellow) - s=11.1x10 -6K -1 and TZM (Mo alloy - Goodfellow) - s=5.3x10 -6K -1.
Due to the highly non-linear character of the behaviour of most substrate materials, the constitutive model must be integrated in an incremental form.
