Improvements in the processing of hydrophobic insulators and the use of alternative materials will also reduce the driving voltage dramatically [3].
Moreover, to obtain the proper material need more cost.
The next step, a hydrophilic grid was patterned from a photo curable polymer, which is a PR material.

Where material requirements are material used is not undergo appreciable alternation from contact with sweat or with substances likely to be found in toiletries.
A 1.2-mm-thick outer shell is modeled as elastoplastic material.
Thus, the material card *MAT24 in LS-Dyna is assigned to the PVC outer shell.
The *MAT 57 material model can be used to simulate PU foam.

Loading scheme, tool used, friction conditions, etc. can affect the process of plastic deformation of the processed material in different ways.
This is due to the peculiarities of sliding friction at the contact of the tool being processed material and the presence of a pulling force applied to the front end of the wire during plastic deformation.

Introduction Due to their good mechanical and physical properties, cobalt-diamond composites can be used as cutting tools for machining of mineral materials.
This previous work also showed that the compressive stresses are lower in the matrix of composites than in pure cobalt material.

As for isotropic materials, on the assumption that their Physical-property parameters (such as k, ρ, c.etc) are constant, Fourier heat conduction equation [5] in cylindrical coordinates can be expressed as (6) where T is the temperature(℃) ,k the coefficient of heat conduction for isotropous materials(W /m·℃) ,ρ the mass density( kg/m3 ) ,c the specific heat(J /kg·℃),and t is the time(s) The equation (6) is simplified in the light of symmetry condition and the coefficient of heat conduction varying with temperature is taken into consideration.

Mathematical Modeling and Optimization of Fluidized Layer Carbonitriding Process for 1C 25 Steel MARIAN IULIAN NEACȘU1, a,*, SORIN DOBROVICI2, b 1,2Department of Materials Science, University of „Dunarea de Jos” Galati, Romania a, *uscaeni@yahoo.com, bsorin.dobrovici@ugal.ro Keywords: thermo-chemical treatment, carbonitriding, mathematical model, optimization, energy balance Abstract.
Introduction Providing the most suitable materials for technological applications is one of the most important concerns of materials engineering.
In this respect, the application of thermochemical treatments is one way of obtaining the desired properties for the materials [1,2].

A series of physical and chemical changes take place and hydration heat is released when cementitious materials mixed with water.
Based on the exothermal rate and hydration heat, hydration rate and degree of cementitious materials can been estimated.
Mechanical properties can also reflect the reaction degree of cementitious materials.
Experiment Raw materials.
