Still using the software package, there were also set the main construction parameters regarding the material and the thickness of the printing layer (Figure 7).
The material used is a powder of ZP 131 type with a saturation level of 100%, both on the surface of the part, and in the center.
There are checked the available materials for powder and binder.
Neurosurgeons from Central Military Hospital Bucharest, interested in modern surgical techniques and materials, asked for information Biomedical Research Centre – BIOMAT, Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering (where was designed the cranioplasty plate) and the Faculty of Engineering and Management of Technological Systems (where the cranioplasty plate took a physical form) and what was an idea of the surgeons became a forward step for Romanian Medicine (Figure 11).

The plastic square cutting model of the brittle material is founded: the cutter adopts the diamond cutter, and it is assumed as rigid body.
The influence of the heat to the material nature is ignored in the process of machining of the KDP.

The reduction direction was changed in increments of 90o by rotating the material one quarter turn in each pass.
A quick comparison of the microstructures indicates that the warm rolled materials are characterized by uniform, equiaxed and fine grains in the material.

In the present work, a detailed study of the mechanical behaviour of materials with a composition typical of the fusion zone of AA6056 laser welds conducted with AA4047 filler wire, is presented.
In both cases the materials were melted in a furnace by using a graphite crucible covered with boron nitride, and subsequently cast in a boron nitride coated stainless steel mould and air-cooled.
