On the basis of quasi-static calculation method, the appropriate method of damage accumulation rule and amendments are selected, by using SN curve data of the material, and using dynamics simulation to obtain the load - time history and calculate structure fatigue life and damage values.

The welding parameters were as follows: phases of the front wire and back wire were alternate, synchronized or random; for the front wire, the pulse frequency was 110Hz, the pulse duty cycle was 42%, the peak of pulse current was 460A, the base current was 60A, the wire feeding speed was 7.5m/min; for the back wire, the peak of pulse current was 450A, the base current was 60A, the wire feeding speed was 7.1m/min; the shield gas was 80%Ar+ 20%CO2; the wire material was H08Mn2Si; the wire diameter was 1.2mm; the thickness of steel plate was 4mm; welding speed was 2.5m/min.
