As the dimensions of interconnects shrink close to the mean free path (MFP), phenomena like electromigration, surface scattering, diffusive surface scattering, and grain boundaries emerge within conventional interconnect materials such as copper (Cu) [1].
Researchers have recently shown their interest in MWCNTs as interconnect materials due to their unique conductive and thermal properties, which stand out in comparison to those of SWCNT.

The traditional verifying method for power frequency lines parameters tester The traditional verifying method for power frequency lines parameters tester is “actual material calibration of impendence”.
But, it is difficule to verify all the function of the power frequency lines parameters tester by the method of “actual material calibration of impendence”.
It is convenient to operate, and high accurate, instead of traditional method “actual material calibration of impendence” to verify the power frequency lines parameters tester.

Concrete of precast layer wasn’t cracking, stress-strain showed a linear change, precast member could be considered the homogeneous elastic material.
According to the ratio of elastic modulus n1=Es’/Ec, n2=Es/Ec, compression and tension reinforcement could be converted into equivalent concrete area n1As’ and n2As, the structure could be considered homogeneous elastic material.
Fig. 3 The second type of the calculation diagram According to the area moment of cross-section was zero , which was relative to the neutron-axis, the height of compression zone (x) could be calculated: (12) Cracking moment Mcr: (13) If M1≤Mcr, the precast slab could be considered as homogeneous elastic material because of not cracking. moment of inertia of cross-section could be calculated as follow (14) If M1 closed to Mcr, concrete wasn’t cracking , but the tension zone of concrete had demonstrated a certain degree of plasticity, bending rigidity declined.
