Among the ways to join CFRP and Al together, adhesive bonding has the advantages that it needs no connecting holes and fasteners, has very wide load distribution areas and light joint structural weight and there are no problems of galvanic corrosion in connection of different materials and so on.
Up to now, however, effects of the curing technology of heterogeneous materials on the mechanical properties of the adhesive joints haven’t formed ripe theory and methods and further studies are needed.

The reduction direction was changed in increments of 90o by rotating the material one quarter turn in each pass.
A quick comparison of the microstructures indicates that the warm rolled materials are characterized by uniform, equiaxed and fine grains in the material.
