The method of stochastic analogue [6], based on strict properties of a mathematical model and the effectiveness of its computer simulation, which had been applied to model of blisters in thin bilayers of metal and dielectric [7] and were obtained characteristics of the pores and stresses in materials layers of the mirror, arising as a result of formation of defects [3].
The migration of blisters from a layer to a layer happens accounting the effect of boundary conditions which affects on the concentration of defects in layer materials.
where ma - modulus of rigidity of substrate material, K – modulus of condensability of substrate material, Vsub – volume on atom of substrate material, Vgas – atom volume of irradiating material.

The Analysis of Water Movement and Heat Transfer Modeling Xiaohui Lu1,2, Yang Wang1,2 1School of Earth Sciences and engineering, Hohai university, Nanjing, China 2Key Laboratory of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Science, Wuhan university, Wuhan, China Keywords: Unsaturated model; The water movement; Heat transfer characteristics Abstract.
Several scientists studied on soil temperature and related research [4-8].Based on the experimental observed data, the study discussed the water movement and heat transfer characters of unsaturated zone in Kui river, the rule of soil energy flow and the exchange of material in order to know the process of water movement and heat transfer of unsaturated zone in Kui river.

Using “space development” as index word, 662 papers dated from 1990 in the field of building science could be found in CNKI data base, in which 159 are SCI, EI, CSSCI and core journal papers, and 120 are master and doctoral dissertations.
Material space constructions were rarely large in scale.

These properties can be used as high temperature materials [5], catalyst [6, 7] and optical coatings [8-10].
Silva had reported that by providing molecular level mixing between the starting materials can reduce the calcinations temperature and time [17].
The fabrication of patch antenna was done with (1-x)ZnAl2O4 – xSiO2 compounds as a dielectric materials.
This phenomena had been reported by Nefedov [29] where the dielectric materials can help to reduce the antenna dimensions but also give and effect to the decreasing of the antenna bandwidth.

Software that is used for this purpose gives the possibility of determining the stress intensity factor for different crack lengths, from the initial length( a0=2 mm) up to crack length until it reaches its critical value or the stress intensity factor equals the fracture toughness of materials, KIC.
