Starting in the 1970 s, on the application of plasma technology in a lot of research on flue gas, from the initial electron beam method to later pulse corona technology, until today, a wide variety of discharge technology, a large number of useful results were obtained. 2.3.1 Electron beam irradiation (EBA) EBA process after the flue gas by electrostatic dust removal method, into the spray cooling tower, from the top of the tower ejected evaporates before fall to the bottom of cooling water vaporization, the flue gas cooled to near its saturation temperature60 ~ 70 (℃), and then the flue gas into the reactor, accepted by the electron beam of high energy electron accelerator 80×10-15~ 128×10-15( J) light, most of the electron beam energy is absorbed by the oxygen, nitrogen, water vapor in the flue gas, producing a large number of ions, free radicals, atoms, electrons, and various excited states of atoms, molecules, such as active material, they will be SO2 and NOx oxidation into

Natural fibers, such as cotton, coconut, sial, and WH, are sustainable materials for producing lightweight composites [1, 2].
They help reduce the use of synthetic materials and mitigate the greenhouse effect [1, 5].
WH exhibits a rich source of raw materials for this aquatic plant, with the highest percentage of cellulose content, significantly contributing to its enhanced thermal stability and tensile properties.
Materials and Methods Materials The WH plants were collected from a lake in Dong Tang Long, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with an approximate 50 cm length.
