Methods Materials In this study, the materials we utilized are: 1) Laptop MSi GL62-6QF acts as the main tool in carrying out this study, in which TIA Portal, LabVIEW, and OPC software run on this computer device. 2) TIA Portal V13 SP2 software, used as an intermediary for user communication with PLC, can be used to configure PLC and modules, write, upload, and download PLC programs. 3) LabVIEW 2020 SP1 software is used to display the acquisition value of the Kartini Reactor operating parameters in a value that can be understood by operators. 4) NI OPC Servers 2016 Software acts as a protocol to establish PLC communication with LabVIEW. 5) PLC Siemens S7-1200 CPU 1215C AC/DC/RLY, serves as the main hardware for this study; all programs are executed in this hardware. 6) Siemens Analog I/O Module SM 1234, 4AI/2AO, acts as a PLC extension hardware for acquiring analogue parameters. 7) Ethernet TCP/IP cable with RJ-45 connector, acts as a communication bridge hardware between the PLC and

Materials and Methods 2.1.
But the opposite results in this paper has been appeared, high temperature was benefit for not only Monascus anka mutant growth but also yellow pigments production, these results maybe attribute to the different Monascus strains or aim metabolism materials. 3.2Effect of temperature on substrate utilizing by Monascus anka mutant As far as substrate was concerned, the utilizing speed of substrate including ammonium, reducing sugar and soluble starch used by Monascus anka mutant became more quickly and completely with the temperature increasing.

Although the traditional single-skin façade adopts heat reflection coating glass, hollow glass, breaking hot profile and other energy -saving material and the thermodynamic performance of the doors and windows has been improved, the problem of large energy consumption still exists.
