In the current international scale, the rapid development of concrete material science and the high-performance of concrete lead to fundamental changes of concrete components.
Experimental Materials Cement used for test samples for both direct and indirect tensile tests is P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement, which is produced by Yan xin Building Materials Company in He bei province.

For the building frame insulation, wool insulation material (Possibility of local industrial development) and EPS panel (Expanded Poly-Styrene) which is popular in China are used, and for the openings, the multi-layer glass is installed.
In addition, the difference in thermal conductivity of the insulating material, the indoor temperature is higher using EPS panel than the wool insulation material.
Residents provide biomass resources which become raw material for methane gas, and the heat is provided by the local methane gas boiler.
Compared to acquisition of raw material for biomass are relatively stable, solar power relies on weather, so it requires the auxiliary heat source for winter heating supply. 5.
