Abstract: Using finite element analysis software of COSMAP, a three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model of linear friction welding (LFW) process of Ti6Al4V alloy was established.
As an advanced joint technology, LFW has been mainly used in manufacturing and repairing blisks of aero-engines due to its high efficiency, good quality and material saving characteristics.
LFW is a solid state process enabling joining workpieces together through combination of the plasticized materials at the interface, while the plastic deformation is generated by frictional force and heat produced as one workpiece is under pressure in a direct reciprocating mode relative to another [1].

Basic Aircraft Deceleration Systems
In the current exploitation, there are three basic systems used to decelerate aircraft: with barrier, with cables and with absorbent materials.
The absobent system consists of a pavement bed made of easily deformable materials located at the ends of the runway in the safety zone.

Compared with bulk materials, nanoscaled materials have many unique properties, such as small size effect, surface and boundary effect, quantum size effect and so on.
The nanoparticles appear to be the absorbing material for shorter wavelengths (up to approximately 1370nm).

Introduction
Immersion quenching operation is widely applied in the industry to change materials properties under high temperatures and high rates of cooling, a condition in which the heat transfer can be dominated by the cooling characteristics of the cooling media.
To attain the required heat transfer conditions, exactly known thermal loads must be supplied on the material surface, namely design surface, and thus both the temperature and the heat flux are prescribed.

Huiyuan group has two main sources of raw materials: one part from the large supply farm, another part from the retail growers.
Under normal circumstances, the supply base and retail for raw materials after collection stations set early processing, sterilization and processing after testing for qualified, sent to a processing plant, made from a variety of different fruit juice drinks through the distribution center, sent to the major distribution suppliers and supermarkets, up to the final consumer.
Raw material departure from the farm through each level in turn, eventually reaching the consumer.
