To meet the requirements, the
frequency band width of measurement system must be wide enough to cover all dynamic details of
the jetting flow force, and its sampling rate must be high enough to take down all meaningful
dynamic of sensor's outputs, also the mechanical structure and the material quality must minimize
their irregularities to maintain the measurement very close to ideal conditions.

Abstract: A novel type of 4-RPUR spatial compliant parallel manipulator which named whole compliant parallel manipulator (WCPM) is presented in this paper.
The spring steel (65 Mn) whose elastic modulus is 207Gpa, poisson's ratio is 0.3 and density is 7850Kg/m3, is selected as material.
