For T6 materials,
a higher quench rate tends to improve EXCO and IGC resistance and to delay SCC failure.
Two sorts of initiation are observed depending on the IGC sensitivity of the alloy: intergranular corrosion for IGC sensitive materials or intragranular corrosion for IGC insensitive materials.
This study suggests the following mechanism for exfoliation corrosion with two sorts of initiation depending on the IGC sensitivity of the alloy: intergranular corrosion for IGC sensitive materials or intragranular corrosion for IGC insensitive materials.

Abstract.
When σ>=σy,, the stress on the material is greater than the plateau stress, and the material undergoes viscoplastic deformation (see literature[9] for viscosity coefficient and index). 3 Casting Structure Characteristics The casting is a thin-walled frame casting, and the material is A356 aluminum alloy.
When the pouring speed is 1, 1.8kg/s, the maximum equivalent stress has reached the yield stress of the material.
When the pouring speed is 1.5kg/s, the maximum equivalent stress is always lower than the yield stress of the material.

Introduction
Due to the lack of through-the-thickness reinforcement, composite materials are susceptible to the
damage resulting from the impact loading.
The impact damage behaves as a discontinuity when the composite materials are loaded and then, it causes large drops in resistance of composite structure [1].
It is, therefore, of importance to understand the fatigue behavior when the impacted composite materials are subjected to the fatigue loading.
