The laboratory experiments were conducted in a 100 cm × 80 cm × 80 cm lysimeter made from plexiglas which is transparent and was filled with loamy soil.

Housing industrialization refers to the way to build housing with industrial production, which is inevitable requirement of the extensive production mode of upgrading whose mechanization degree is low, thereby improving the labor productivity of housing production and the overall quality of the housing while also reducing cost, material consumptions and energy consumption.
