The solution treated materials were aging heat treated (STA) by heating to a temperature within the range 500℃ to 620 ℃, holding at heat for the time within the range 4 hours to 20 hours, and cool to room temperature.
As shown in Fig. 3, similar microstructures can be obtained by the same STA treatment processes, though the materials are rolled by different routes.

The world bank reported Chinese economy will triple to quadruple its materials consumption over the next 30 to 50 years[1].It means that china will meet a great challenge in disposal those wastes .
Materials and methods Sample collection and digestion Total suspended particulates(TSP) (N=6×3) were collected in 2011 from the surrounding of the Nanshan MSWI in Shenzhen(Fig.1), a mega-city located in southeast China.

Introduction Most of heterogeneous and anisotropic materials are elastic-brittle solids (such as rock, ceramic and concrete).
But, Wong et al. [3-6] conducted later the experiments on open type of 3-D surface flaw using PMMA, glass and real rock materials including gabbro, sandstone, granite and marble.

Fig. 1 Grinding machine structure scheme Fig. 2 Grinding machine 3D model 3.Principle of grinding machine structural static analysis and finite element modeling 3.1Principle of grinding machine structural static and dynamic analysis The main components and the whole machine would generate certain deformation and stress inside the material by the various loads.
Through static analysis, each point’s data of the stress, strain, displacement and deformational energy could be calculated within machine, its basic point formula of static analysis is as follows[3]: (1) In Eq.s1, where is the element nodal force, is called the element stiffness matrix, is the stress vector at any point within the unit, is the elastic matrix related to unit material, t is the element thickness, A is the unit area
Solutions can be obtained through finite element calculation after defining material properties, meshing, exerting loads and boundary conditions[5], as shown in figure 3.

Shorter intervals and discontinuous cementite flakes help increase both strength and toughness of the material.
The cutting processing performance of the hot-forged non-tempered steel is a major element influencing the material’s application.

Introduction A recent trend for the development of new high-efficiency polycrystalline diamond materials points towards the optimization of the sintering technology of diamond bits with double layers, also known as polycrystalline diamond cutters (PDC).
The present study aims to examine the possibility of sintering PDCs using a new method related to the simultaneous sintering of the two layers, having powders as starting materials.

Because this procedure uses the deformation characteristics in strong-textured materials, this procedure cannot be employed to cast Mg alloys.
Therefore, in the present study the material parameters for the cast Mg alloy sheet were determined as follows.

Introduction Titanium alloy is a difficult-to-cut material according to some reasons such as the high grinding temperature and cutting force during grinding process of the titanium alloy.
Because the coefficient of heat conductivity of the difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium alloy is minor, some flaws may be appeared on the workpiece surface [6].
