In the dynamic design of 6 axes high efficient grinding machine for high-pressure vessel of nuclear power, the paper established the 3D solid digital model of grinding machine based on parametric design criterion by Pro/E, and calculated the result of static and vibration model analysis on the whole machine with the ANSYS, preliminary grasped the dynamic and static characteristics of the grinding machine, these were very essential for us to optimize the grinding machine structure and follow-up to manufacture successfully.
