In the filleting part, material can’t flow to the branch-tube in time in the deformation process, it accumulated in the filleting part, then this part showed the increased thickness.

Introduction Considering the serious serving condition of aluminum alloy pistons in high power density engine, the chosen aluminum alloy materials should own excellent room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical properties.
Hence, those aluminum alloy piston materials are usually manufactured by squeezing casting method with the addition of Si, Cu, and Ni elements.[1].
Presently, it is urgent to find the ways to enhance the wear and corrosion resistances of new aluminum alloy materials in service term by improving the surface properties of alloys.

Materials and Methods 1.1 Testing materials Testing sample: the concrete paved inside the chromate production workshop in Beihai Chromate Plant was severely contaminated by Cr; the study took the concrete as object and sampled at 5 different locations; the collected concretes was dried in the air naturally and samples of 5 different sizes were fabricated by the crushing with 20, 50, 80, 100 and 150 mesh screens; the particle sizes were 0.31-0.87mm, 0.19-0.31mm, 0.15-0.19mm, 0.11-0.15mm and <0.11mm; sample of the same size were mixed uniformly and stored properly for later use.
