Because of pad having viscoelastic materials, increase of sliding speeds can result in an increase of interface temperature that can reduce the strength of materials and drop viscous force in the liquid layer leading to decrease of friction force [10].

Nanoparticles are nano-sized materials with very high surface area to mass ratio.
Macropinocytosis plays vital role in handling foreign materials in extracellular fluid with the help of dendritic cells and macrophages [24, 32].
This route has also been exploited by researchers for targeted delivery genetic materials or drug molecules loaded in nano carriers [59-62].

Because lead-core can dissipate seismic energy and increase stiffness under load simultaneously, most of the requirements of the Seismic isolation system can be satisfied , the material-device has been found widespread application prospect in bridge Engineering.
Hysteretic curve is determined mainly dynamic parameters of LRB including post-yield , pre-yield stiffness and yield strength, major factor which affects the parameters is the size of rubber, diameter and height of lead plug and shear modulus of LRB, the three parameters of LRB can be resolved after identifying dimension and material characteristics of LRB.
equivalent bilinear model of hysteretic characteristics of LRB is established, calculation method and reasonable varying range of design parameter of the seismic isolation device is presented, and calculation results show that: (1) Dynamic responses of bridge are trending up with the increase of speeds of train and earthquake strength, but the changes were not linear; (2) Compared to common bearings, LRB can reduce displacement of top of pier, bending moment and shear force of bridge, which possesses excellent seismic isolation ability; (3) The selection of dynamic parameters of LRB is vital to reduce dynamic responses of structure; moreover, the parameter optimization of seismic isolation device of bridge should be emphasized in further study; Acknowledgments This study is a part of an ongoing research project at Central South University and was supported by Minster of Railways of China under Grant No. 2008G031-17 and 2009G - 024, the study was supported by NSFC (National Natural Science
