The FGA process leads to improve VT instability and high field effect mobility due to reduction of the interface states density as well as traps by passivating the dangling bonds and active traps in the Lanthanum Silicate dielectrics.
The gate leakage current is reduced after FGA process and this reduction in leakage current is attributed to the better interface as well as the presence of lower electric field originated from the high dielectric constant of LaSiOx (k = 8 ~14) [11].
Large reduction in VT shifts was observed with the addition of high temperature RTA-FGA process.

Simulation results suggest that: in this HET, the output torque and traction vary in a large range with the variations in the operation modes and SOC level of the battery; in the common interval of SOC (0.4~0.7), compared with the traditional tractor, HET can achieve larger output torque with a fuel consumption reduction of 18% ~20% in discharge mode; with the capability of keeping the battery charge-discharge stage stable and guaranteeing the SOC variation in a small range, the controller meets with the requirements of plowing operation and benefits the stability of the tractor power and the extension of battery life cycle.
The hybrid electric tractors (HET) is capable of enabling the diesel work in an optimal area by controlling the output torque of engine and electronic motor to achieve fuel economy and emission reduction [1].

The charge-discharge process of power battery is stable in a small range that benefits the stability of the tractor power and the extension of battery lifecycle. 18%-20% fuel consumption reduction can be achieved when the battery runs in the appropriate range.

Table 1: Mechanical characteristics of the grade 1 titanium sheets evaluated through the tensile tests T [°C] Young modulus [GPa] Yield strenght [MPa] UTS [MPa] Ultimate elongation [-] 25 103 221 467 0.30 250 103 128 275 0.35 400 103 110 225 0.37 Concerning the forming forces, the analysis of experimental data shows that they decrease with the increasing of the temperature.
The experimental tests allowed to highlight a notable reduction of the forming forces depending on the temperature; in particular, the reduction reached the 50% at a temperature of 400°C.

The results of the study indicate that vibration acceleration value were not more than vibration control limits, vibration reduction and isolation reach the predetermined purpose.
If vibration reduction measures adopt improper, precious cultural relics is likely to suffer destructive impact.

Phase identification was carried out using the International Centre for Diffraction Data (JCPDS-ICDD 2000) powder diffraction files (PDF).
At low thermal energies (low temperature plasma) chemisorptions occur which are favourable for the generation of gas-solid reactions (synthesis of hydrides and nitrides) while at higher thermal energies (higher temperature plasma) conditions are more favourable for solid-solid reactions (synthesis of hardmetals, compounds and reduction processes).
Rapid reduction reactions and extraction of metals from oxides and sulphides Since the temperatures in a thermal plasma are extremely high (>104K), chemical reactions are much more energetic than those encountered in conventional processes.
Therefore thermal plasmas offer an attractive route for the generation of reduction and exchange reactions.
In our investigations of rapid reduction and ore extraction reactions we summarise the following results: Fig.4.

After electroplating, all the specimens underwent hydrogen embrittlement, promoted by hydrogen incorporation into the metal frame, owing to the reduction of hydrogen ions during electroplating.
Thus far, numerous mechanisms have been proposed to account for hydrogen embrittlement, such as the creation of high-hydrogen pressure bubbles or voids [1], a hydrogen-induced reduction in surface energy [2], the hydrogen-enhanced dislocation/ejection from the surface or the near-surface region [3], a hydrogen-induced reduction in cohesive strength [4], hydrogen-enhanced localized plasticity [5], and hydrogen- and deformation-assisted vacancy generation [6].
In all the cases, hydrogen embrittlement was detected; this is imputable to the fact that hydrogen gas was incorporated in the metal structure after the reduction of hydrogen ions during electroplating.
We could conclude that the hydrogen-vacancy clusters in the material are able to release from the possible cracks that form on certain films; this supports the experimental data reported in Fig. 5 for the zinc-nickel-coated steel samples.
Before baking, all the differently coated steel samples underwent hydrogen embrittlement, promoted by the incorporation of hydrogen gas in the metal structure after the reduction of hydrogen ions during electroplating.

Improvements in cold drawability can be obtained by means of prior austenitic grain size (PAGS) reduction, through the application of thermo-mechanically controlled hot deformation processes
Thermomechanical and microstructural models simulating industrial wire rod processing, tuned using PAGS data from industrial sampling at different stages of rolling, suggest (Fig. 1) that in the industrial practice smaller grain sizes can be reached.
Tensile strength (white) and reduction of area (black) as functions of PAGS in lab heat treated samples.
Improvements in ductility (reduction of area) are obtained by refining prior austenitic grain size (PAGS).
In particular, both yield strength and reduction of area increase with PAGS decreasing.

The treatment also led to reduction in strength of the wool fiber.
Fig. 1 and Table 1 are AFM images and roughness data of untreated and treated wool fiber samples, respectively.
The crystallinities of the samples were calculated based on the data in Fig. 4.
After ECO treatment, the damage to disulfide bonds and changes of crystals within the fiber structure would reduce the fiber’s flexibility and strength, including reduction in breaking strength by 19.78%, initial modulus by 4.31%and breaking work by 13.72%.

One thing to note in the data acquisition process is to set the position of the 3D scanner so that the shaded area generated in the scanned point cloud data of the entire structure by combining the scanning data does not obstruct the completion of the overall structure shape; (4) According to the general process of 3D scanning, the obtained point cloud data is converted into data for analysis through 3 stages of 3D scanning; post-processing, and 3D modeling.
The study of Jongenelen [32] reported that the TOF method can collect pixel intensity data, and obtain sine and cosine data for phase change through pixel intensity data.
In this way, the point cloud data acquired from multiple locations without shading is made into a single point cloud data to form a complete building shape.
Third, the “84B-W4T” data area, the target wall rebar, was loaded from the combined data using Trimble's RealWorks Software, and the result is Fig. 3(c).
In order to check the rebar spacing, the Point Cloud Data of the structure was acquired by 3D laser scanning, and the obtained data was converted using various types of software, and then the form of 3D modeling was created.
