Introduction Rapid Prototyping (Rapid Prototyping, RP), is to obtain a two-dimensional cross-section contour layer information by slicing process, which uses specific methods and materials to generate the same thin section shape, then accumulate each layers, until the last part of the solid model is generated, suitable for single and small batch production.

Experimental Method Using N80 oil casing steel as experiment material, five specimens with the specification of 60mm×20mm×2mm were polished with 800# sandpaper and defatted with acetone after flushed by deionized water respectively. The specimens were put in the high temperature and high pressure dynamic reaction kettle, and the water produced in Daqing oilfield was used as medium.

Design and preparation method of fiber optoacoustic effect device used for artificial optical cochlea LI Chen a, WANG Jingxuan b , TIAN Lan* School of Information Science and Engineering,Shandong University, Jinan 250100, China * Corresponding Author: TIAN Lan, sdutld@yeah.net, a lichensdu@163.com, bwjxsdu@foxmail.com, Keywords: cochlea; fiber optoacoustic effect; pulsed laser Abstract: Laser can stimulate sound wave, it’s possible for fiber laser to evoke neural activity safely and produce the auditory perception, this acts as the electrode role in cochlear implant.
Compared with the electrode stimulation, laser stimulation has several appealing characters, such as, fiber material is insulated, laser has great directional characteristic and is spatially selective, also, no direct contacting is needed, therefore, the light stimulation should be little side-effect.
Principle of auditory stimulation with photo-acoustic effect As we all know, after light absorption in a material, its temperature will rise.
