The comprehensive utilization of crop straw has five main ways in China at present: use as a fertilizer, feed, fuel, industrial raw materials and edible fungus base.
Experiments showed that such model adapted to the crops such as wheat, rice, maize straw and sawdust which are difficult to curing molding materials.
The main factors that affect crop straw curing molding are temperature, pressure, processing time and the material itself characteristics.
Crop straw curing molding materials mainly are abandoned maize straw, wheat straw, rice straw and branches.
Journal of Agro—Environment Science.2007, 26(supplement):628-631
