Preface Composite structures are massively exploited in many engineering fields.
For instance, the state-ofthe-art civil aircraft (B787 and A350) are mostly made of composite materials.
The FULLCOMP research activity is aimed at many engineering fields, e.g. aeronautics, automotive, mechanical, wind energy, and space.

The information processed in such way is called a warning or warning and emergency information. [3] Autonomous Alert and Warning System Warning and notification network of civil protection is complemented by an autonomous system of notifying and warning the population.
The basic requirements for an autonomous system, in particular: - interactivity with the network of warning and notification of civil protection, - operability at least 72 hours after the failure of primary power supply, - option to be run from a remote place. [4] Project of an Autonomous Alert and Warning System A model project an ice ring comprised there phases: - analysis of areas at risk,  - analysis of acoustic background, - a system design of AUS. [3] A.
Regarding the urban area, the electronic siren system is designed as a combination of nine new ES and a number of ES of PAVIAN warning and notification network of civil protection of the Ministry of Interior, Slovak Republic.

Applied-information Technology in Passengers’ Check-in System of Airport Terminal based on the Enterprise Dynamics LongCai Zhang College of Air Traffic Management, Civil Aviation Flight University of China, Guanghan, Sichuan 618307, PR China Email address: zhlcai2000@163.com Key words: Airport terminal; Simulation; Enterprise Dynamics; Passengers’ check-in system Abstract: Airport managers and airlines all had a common problem that how to use the passengers’ check-in counters effectively.
Introduction The rapid development of the civil aviation transport and the rapid growth in aviation demand had brought unprecedented pressure for airport facilities and airport management, such as: the number of the passengers’ check-in counters at the airport terminal could not meet demand during peak periods, and resulted in waiting for a long time for the passengers near the passengers’ check-in counters; the number of the passengers’ check-in counters at different times was unreasonable, and resulted in low efficiency in the use of the passengers’ check-in system [1,2].

Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment of Air Material Suppliers Zhong LV Aviation Transportation Management College, China Civil Aviation Flying University, Guanghan 618307, China Lvzhong2003@126.com Keywords: Air material suppliers; Fuzzy comprehensive assessment; Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) Abstract.
Introduction With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry, to ensure the punctual running of the safety of the flight is a major problem of air transport enterprises face, while one of the key factors affecting the punctual running of flight safety is that whether or not air transport enterprises reserve more air material with the continued airworthiness, So to evaluate or select the comprehensive situation of meeting the airworthiness requirements of air material suppliers is a very important link that air transport enterprises need to face in the process of air material purchasing and inventory management, the work is related to whether or not air transport enterprises scientifically choose air material suppliers and to establish a long-term stable and mutually beneficial relationship with air material suppliers, is related to whether or not air transport enterprises manage air material orderly and scientifically, to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of

Application Research of Slow-Release Fertilizer in Plant Camouflage Naiyan zhang1,a, Xiaoqi Li1,b and Liyong Qu2,c 1Engineer Academy of PLA, Xuzhou 221004, People’s Republic of China 2College of Field Engineering, PLA University of Science and Technology, Nanjing 210007, People’s Republic of China azhangny08@163.com, blixiaoqi@163.com, cquliyong07@163.com Keywords: Plant camouflage, slow-release, nitrogen fertilizer, material Abstract.
Considering the plant camouflage not only can be used at ordinary and war times and to disguise large permanent fixed target, but also can be used to disguise smaller fixed target and moving target at war times, which can effectively overcome the problems that civil defense construction are currently facing.
However, in recent years, along with the drought, water logging and other natural disasters occurring alternately, plant camouflage can be destroyed easily, and it is difficult to rebuild in a short time, which have great influence on the civil defense construction long-time effective camouflage.
According the study, we can effectively deal with the enemy advanced reconnaissance monitoring system by increasing the civil defense construction plant camouflage result.
