The research shows that according to the conventional engineering design methods, when calculating the basis, we may regard the superstructure as fully flexible and the basic design is safe, but the used material is not quite reasonable which will result in great waste; at the same time, when calculating the superstructure, we also ignore the impact of foundation and base which all participate in the interaction on the structural internal force, so the design is unsafe.

Because of its compact structure, small size, and good effect heat transfer, it is widely used in infrared detection, electronic equipment, bio-medical engineering in the field of cooling system [[] Peixue Jiang, Buxuan Wang and Zepei Ren: Journal Of Engineering Thermo physics.
Inlet boundary of micro heat exchanger is defined as the velocity and temperature uniformity condition, and outlet boundary is the flow exports condition; Solid and fluid interface is the coupling face of heat transfer; Solid wall is the adiabatic boundary; heat source is the constant surface heat flux boundary; solid material uses copper, and the working fluid uses water.
On the basis of the model, model Ⅳ removes the Department of the flow lane the baffle, and adds intermediate baffle; model Ⅴ adds the intermediate baffle [[] Ning Han, Shiping Wang and Shaoying Xie: Computer Engineering and Science.
By comprehensive consideration, there are three aspects caused a big internal pressure loss of model:1) Existence of bend causes the vortex loss and secondary flow loss;2) Energy loss caused by existence of dead zones stagnation flow;3) Local loss caused by variable cross-section [[] Tao Dong, Liya Hou and Li Zhu: Chinese Journal Of Electronics.

Abstract:The heat transfer system of glass evacuated solar collector with an inserted heat pipe was established and researched experimentally.
