Therefore, finite element analysis provides new ways of science for mold design, process design and optimization of process parameters.
The material is 2024-O-δ1.5 alumiumalloy with thickness of 1.5 mm.
Material Properties The mould and cover is set as the rigid body and the rubber is super-elasticity material.

The material of suspendome is under flexible stage when using , so the analysis of suspendome mainly consider the geometric nonlinearity of the structure .During nonlinear finite element analysis,the equilibrium equations at any moment is[3][4]
