The surface morphology and the crystallinity of the deposited materials were investigated by the XRD (Rigaku 2400), SEM (Hitachi S-4200), AFM (DI NanoScope), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (VG ESCALAB 250, monochromated Al Kα X-ray source).
